The Google Chrome team on Tuesday announced the stable release of Chrome 37 for Windows, Mac, and Linux computers. Among the changes this round are new apps/extension APIs and behind-the-scenes stuff for improving performance. Windows devices, however, get a little extra attention this time around with DirectWrite support for better font rendering.

The Dev Channel also picked up an update this week, bringing it up to 38.0.2125.24 for the same computer platforms.

If your the type who likes to check through changelogs, here’s the latest.
